1) Under the
Edit menu, choose Preferences.

Select Mail and Newsgroups in the
Categories section of the window.
3) Click on
Mail Servers
4) In the field, "Outgoing mail
server user name" type your username
5) Next
time you send an email, it may prompt you for your password; enter it and
check save password
Netscape 6.x
1) Under the
Edit menu, choose Mail & Newsgroup Account
Settings.
2) Select Edit > Mail
& Newsgroup Account Settings
3) Select the
Outgoing Server (SMTP) from the bottom of the left side
window
4) Check the box next to Use name and password
5) Enter your username
6) Click OK
7) Next time you send an email, it will prompt you for your

Outlook Express and Outlook

1) Under the
Tools menu, choose Accounts.
2)
Select your mail account and click on the Properties
button.
3) Select the SERVERS tab
4) Make sure
the Incoming and Outgoing mail servers are set to your domain name
5)
Check the option for 'Outgoing mail server' - 'My
server requires authentication'.
6) In
Settings > 'Use same settings as my incoming
mail server'
7) Click OK and Close the mail
accounts properties window.
Outlook
XP
1) Under the
Tools menu, choose Email Accounts and
click Next .
2) Select your mail account and click on
the Change
button.
3) Make sure the Incoming and
Outgoing mail servers are set to your domain name
4) Check the button
More Settings > Outgoing Server tab
5) Check 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires
authentication'.
6) Select Use same settings as my
incoming mail server
7) Click OK >
Next > Finished.
