1) In the Menu bar, select "Tools" and then "E-mail accounts"

2) Select "Add a new e-mail account"

3) Select "POP3" and click "Next"

4) Fill in all information. In "Your Name", type your First and Last Name

5 ) "E-mail address": Enter username@yourdomain.com (ex: joe@pcs-hosting.net)

6) "Incoming mail server (POP3)": Enter [yourdomain.com] (ex: pcs-hosting.net)

7) "Outgoing mail server (SMTP)": Enter [yourdomain.com] (ex: pcs-hosting.net)

8 ) "Login Information": Enter your [username] and [password]

9 ) You can then select "Test Account Settings". Microsoft Outlook will then test the configuration for your POP e-mail account.

10 ) You are now all set to send and receive e-mail and add more accounts if needed.
