1) In the
Menu bar click on "Tools" and then
"Accounts..."
2) Click on the
"Mail" tab, then click "Add" and select
"Mail..."

3)
In Display Name, type your First and Last Name. Click
"Next"
4) E-mail address: Enter
username@yourdomain.com (ex: joe@pcs-hosting.net) Click
"Next"
5) My incoming mail server is a
"POP3".
6 ) Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP, or HTTP)
server: Enter [yourdomain.com] (ex:
pcs-hosting.net)
7 ) Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: Enter
[yourdomain.com] (ex: pcs-hosting.net)

8 ) Click "Next"
9 ) Account
name: Enter your [username] and
[password]. Click "Next".
*Steps
9 & 10 may only apply to older versions of Outlook:
10 )
Internet Mail Account Name: You may name this whatever
you would like. It can always be changed later.
11) Choose your
connection type depending on your connection method.
12) Click
"Finish"
13) In the "Internet
Accounts" window, Click the "Mail" tab and
select your newly created account.

14) Click the
"Properties" button and choose the
"Servers" tab
15) Under "Outgoing Mail
Server" verify that the "My server requires
authentication" box has been checked. Click
"OK"
Congratulations, your Outlook email has been set up to send and
receive E-Mail. |
