These are basic rules to follow in regards to setting up email accounts with various email clients.

Full name = Enter your First and Last name
Email = Enter complete e-mail address (ex: name@yourdomain.com)
Internet Mail server = yourdomain.com
Account/User ID = Enter User Name
Password = Enter Password
SMTP = yourdomain.com
From/Reply to = name@yourdomain.com
