| How to set up Godaddy Webmail |
|
We have upgraded our email service to provide very good spam filtering and to eliminate catch-all emails. In other words, you should receive far fewer emails to sort through. It should also provide better performance and uptime. With Webmail you can access your e-mail account from any computer that is connected to the Internet. Note: The squirrelmail version no longer receives new email. If you have saved email for future reference, you should let me know so I don't accidentally delete it. It will be safe for at least a month. Within a few days you won't be able to send email from Squirrelmail, however I can turn it on upon request. To access Webmail: 1) In your web browser's address bar, type "email." followed by your domain name. (ex: email.yourdomain.com) This will bring you to your webmail login page.
2) Enter your User Name in the "E-Mail" field. 3) Enter your password for the email account you wish to access and click the "Login" button 4) Once logged into you account, you can view your new mail, compose, and send outgoing mail via the web-based interface. Set Up... The first time you
login, you should review several settings and modify to meet your needs. All of the Settings can be found here: If you have been given a new temporary password (because I don't have your current password on file), you should set your own password now...
